5 Ingredient Kale Chips

5 Ingredient Kale Chips

Total Time: 35 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 25 Minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients
1 bunch of kale (approximately 7 leafs)
Sunflower oil
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Rinse kale and break each leaf into bite size pieces, removing the stem.  Add to baking sheet.

3. Drizzle with sunflower oil and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, onion powder and garlic powder.  Mix well.

4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until kale has lightly browned. 

5. Remove from oven and let cool.  Serve and enjoy!
