Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 cup of rolled oats
Optional For Garnish
Fresh blueberries
Chia seeds
Directions
1. Add frozen bananas, fresh blueberries, and maple syrup to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add rolled oats to a bowl and pour over smoothie. Garnish with fresh blueberries and chia seeds.
4. Serve and enjoy!
