Buffalo Tempeh (Vegan)

Ingredients
8 oz of tempeh
1/2 cup of panko
1/2 cup of vegan buffalo sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice an 8oz block of tempeh into 6 equal pieces.
3. Add panko and buffalo sauce into a large, shallow bowl and mix well. Coat a stick of tempeh with mixture and add to baking sheet. Repeat until all 6 pieces are coated.
4. Bake tempeh for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes.
5. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
