Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of chocolate almond milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
Optional
Chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Directions
1. Add frozen banana, peanut butter and chocolate almond milk to a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Add rolled oats to a bowl and pour in smoothie mixture.
3. Garnish with chia seeds and shredded coconut.
4. Serve and enjoy!
