Easy Oat Milk Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
3 cups of cold water
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
1. Combine rolled oats, cold water, maple syrup, sea salt and vanilla extract into a blender.
2. Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
3. Strain oat milk using a strainer or cheese cloth. Recipe yields approximately 2 cups of oat milk.
4. Use in your favorite recipes and enjoy!
