Easy Vegan Garlic Orzo

Ingredients
1 cup of orzo
1/4 cup of sunflower oil
3 cloves of garlic
Garnish
Nutritional yeast
Parsley
Directions
1. Rinse orzo and add to a large pot. Cover with water and boil for approximately 15 minutes, or until orzo is soft. Strain and let cool.
2. While orzo is cooking, mince garlic. Add sunflower oil and garlic to a small frying pan and lightly saute on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until garlic is lightly browned,
3. Combine orzo and garlic sauce. Mix well.
4. When ready to serve, garnish with nutritional yeast and parsley.
5. Serve and enjoy!
