Easy Vegan Ramen
Total Time: 25 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 15 Minutes | Servings: 4
Ingredients
6 cups of vegetable stock
2 tbsps of chickpea miso
1/4 cup of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder
4 oz of ramen noodles
Optional: scallions for garnish
Directions
1. Add vegetable stock, chickpea miso, reduced sodium soy sauce and garlic powder to a large pot.
2. Stir well and bring to a boil.
3. Add in ramen noodles and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until ramen is done to your liking.
4. Garnish with diced scallions and enjoy!
