Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 cup of panko
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of black pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix panko, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Remove avocado skin and pit. Slice avocado into wedges.
3. Coat avocado slices with panko mixture.
4. Fry avocado for 3 minutes per side on medium heat, or until coating is golden brown on all sides.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
