Homemade Autumn Apple Cinnamon Granola

Total Time: 1 Hour | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 50 Minutes | Servings: 7

Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of pecans
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of sliced apples

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Peel and slice apple into fresh pieces.  Set aside.

3. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, pecans and cinnamon.  Mix well and set aside.

4. In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract.  Mix well.

5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are coated well.  Add in sliced apple and fold in apple pieces.

6. Add granola to baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

7. Serve and enjoy!
