Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients
1 cup of softened cashews
3 cups of cold water
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Directions
1. In a blender, combine cashews, cold water, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Blend for approximately 3 minutes or until smooth.
2. Using a strainer or cheese cloth, strain cashew milk.
3. Add to your favorite dishes and enjoy!
