How To Make Homemade Vegetable Stock

Ingredients
20 cups of water
2 yellow onions
5 stalks of celery
8 carrots
3 tbsps of black pepper
1 cup of fresh rosemary
Directions
1. Slice yellow onions and prep celery and carrots.
2. Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.
3. Let simmer for 2 hours.
4. Let stock cool and strain into a bowl.
5. Add to your favorite soup or recipe, or freeze for later.
