Hummus Without Tahini (Vegan & Oil-Free)

Ingredients
32 oz of canned chickpeas
1 lemon
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
Directions
1. In a blender, combine rinsed canned chickpeas, juice of 1 lemon, paprika and garlic powder.
2. Blend until smooth. Note: If your blender is having trouble, you can an additional 1 tbsp of lemon juice or water.
3. Serve and enjoy!
