Ingredients
10oz of pitted kalamata olives
1/2 cup of canned roasted red peppers
1 tsp of capers
1 cup of fresh parsley
2 lemons
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
Directions
1. Add pitted kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, capers, fresh parsley, juice of 2 lemons, and nutritional yeast to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve as a topper on your favorite bread and enjoy!
