No Bake Vegan Cookies
Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Passive Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 6
Ingredients
2 tbsps of peanut butter
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix well.
2. Add in rolled oats and mix well.
3. In a small baking pan, form 6 cookies out of dough. Freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from freezer, serve and enjoy!
