Popcorn Cauliflower (Vegan)

Popcorn Cauliflower (Vegan)

Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of black pepper
2 lemons
1 cup of almond milk
1 head of cauliflower

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, juice of 2 lemons and almond milk. Mix well to create batter.

2. Add in 1 head of cauliflower, broken into bite-sized florets. Coat cauliflower well.

3. Head a large frying pan to medium high heat and add in cauliflower. Fry for 10 minutes, flipping frequently until cauliflower has browned. Repeat until all cauliflower is cooked.

4. Serve and enjoy!
