20 cups of water
1 yellow onion
3 carrots
3 parsnips
4 beets
1 turnip
1 sprig of thyme
1/2 cup of sage

Directions
1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.

2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 hours.
