Rosemary Mashed Potatoes (Vegan)

Ingredients
4 red potatoes
Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp of black pepper
2 tbsps of ground rosemary
1 tsp of garlic salt
2 tbsps of vegan butter
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Slice red potatoes into small wedges and add to a baking pan. Drizzle with sunflower oil and sprinkle with black pepper, ground rosemary, and garlic salt. Mix well.
3. Cover and bake for 1 hour, tossing after 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, uncover and let cool for 5 minutes.
5. Add to a shallow bottom dish, and add vegan butter and almond milk. Mash until smooth.
6. Serve and enjoy!
