Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
8 cups of vegetable broth
2 tsps of red curry paste
1 tbsp of chili powder
8 oz of ramen noodles
Garnish
Scallions
Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Add 8 cup so vegetable broth, red curry paste and chili powder to a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil and add in 8 oz of ramen noodles. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until noodles are done to your liking.
3. When ready to serve, garnish with diced scallions and crushed red pepper flakes.
