Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 banana
1/2 tsp of chia seeds
Directions
1. In a tupperware container, add rolled oats, almond milk and almond butter.
2 Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. When ready to serve, add 1 banana, sliced. Optional: garnish with chia seeds.
