Vegan Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of stevia
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add almond flour, stevia, baking soda and unsweetened vanilla almond milk to a bowl and mix well. Add in coconut oil and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon our 1-2 tbsps of dough onto baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and add to a cooling tray. Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
