Vegan Banana Muffins
Total Time: 35 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 25 Minutes | Servings:6
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of stevia
1 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of almond milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add 1 ripe banana to a bowl and mash until smooth.
3. Add in all purpose flour, stevia, baking soda and almond milk. Mix well.
4. Portion 2-3 tbsps of batter into a muffin tin. Batter should yield 6 muffins.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until muffins have browned.
6. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
