Vegan Blueberry Bread with Oat Flour

Ingredients
3 cups of oat flour
1/4 cup of flax seed meal
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cups of almond milk
1 pint of blueberries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add oat flour, flax seed meal, coconut sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to a large bowl. Mix well.
3. Add in vanilla extract and almond milk to bowl. Mix well. Fold in blueberries.
4. Line a loaf pan with a baking sheet and pour in mixture.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool.
6. Serve and enjoy!
