Vegan Broccoli Au Gratin

Ingredients
2 bunches of baby broccoli florets
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1/2 cup of panko
1 tbsp of paprika
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add broccoli, almond milk and nutritional yeast to a baking dish and mix well.
3. Top with panko and sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately.
