Vegan Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
4 potatoes
1 bunch of baby broccoli
2 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Directions
1. Slice 4 potatoes into small wedges and add to a steamer. Steam for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are completely soft.
2. Trim 1 bunch of baby broccoli and add to a frying pan. Saute on medium heat for 10 minutes.
3. Remove potatoes from steamer and let cool. Add to a blender along with vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, and black pepper. Puree until smooth.
4. Divide soup between two bowls and top with sauteed broccoli. Serve and enjoy!
