Vegan Caprese Salad

Ingredients
3 vine ripened tomatoes
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
5 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup of shredded vegan mozzarella
2 tbsps of agave nectar
5 drops of red wine vinegar (approximately)
Directions
1. Slice 3 vine ripened tomatoes and lay flat on a plate or cutting board.
2. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
3. Dice basil leaves and garnish tomatoes. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded vegan mozzarella.
4. Add agave nectar and red wine vinegar to a small bowl and mix well. Drizzle over tomatoes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
