3 Ingredient Vegan Carrot Bacon

Ingredients
2 large carrots
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Peel and cut carrots into thin, strip like pieces.
3. In a shallow glass bowl, add maple syrup and soy sauce. Whisk together.
4. Add carrot strips to marinade and coat well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out carrot bacon strips on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip carrot bacon after 15 minutes.
6. Let cool and serve.
