Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of vegan buffalo sauce
1 small head of cauliflower
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine cornstarch and vegan buffalo sauce in a shallow bowl and mix well.
3. Add in a small head of cauliflower, broken into bite-sized florets. Coat well.
4. Add cauliflower to a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes. To get a crispy crust on the cauliflower wings, drizzle a small amount of oil before putting in the over and again when flipping them after 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
