Vegan Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups of cooked dried chickpeas
1 tbsp of flaxseed meal
2 tbsps of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of potato starch
1/4 cup of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp of mustard
Directions
1. Add dried chickpeas, flaxseed meal, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, potato starch, soy sauce and mustard to a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Form 4 chickpea tenders from mixture.
4. Add chickpea tenders to a pan and fry for 5 minutes per side, or until each side is golden brown.
5. Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
