Vegan Chili Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups of vegetable broth
28 oz of diced tomatoes
14 oz of navy beans
14 oz of pinto beans
3 cloves of garlic
1 yellow onion
3 small bell peppers
2 jalapenos
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tsp of oregano
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of chili powder
Directions
1. Slice onion, bell peppers and jalapenos. Mince garlic.
2. In a large pot, combine vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, navy beans, pinto beans, garlic, onion, bell peppers, jalapenos, onion powder, oregano, paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
3. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat, let cool and enjoy!
