Vegan Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of brown sugar stevia
1/2 tsp of boiled cider vinegar
1 cup of shredded carrots
2 cups of shredded cabbage (I’m using half red and half Napa mixture)
Directions
1. Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar stevia and boiled cider vinegar into a bowl and mix well.
2. Add in shredded cabbage and carrots and mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Serve and enjoy!
