Vegan Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of vegan cocoa powder
1/4 cup of stevia
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of xantham gum
1 cup of oat milk
1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chip
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add coconut flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, stevia, baking soda, xantham gum, and oat milk. Mix well.
3. Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
4. Portion 1-2 tbsp of batter into muffin cups. Batter should yield 9 muffins.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until muffins have fully cooked through.
6. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
