Vegan Fish Sticks
Total Time: 25 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 10 Minute | Servings: 4
Ingredients
8 oz of tempeh
1 cup of panko
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1/8 cup of of sunflower oil
For vegan tartar sauce
1 tbsp of dill relish
2 tbsps of vegan mayo
1 tsp of fresh dill
Directions
1. Slice tempeh into 4 equal, rectangular slices.
2. Add panko, nutritional yeast, and sunflower oil to a bowl and mix well.
3. Coat each slice of tempeh into panko mixture by rolling and lightly pressing mixture into each piece. Repeat until all four have been coated.
4. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and drizzle with a small amount of oil. Saute tempeh for approximately 5 minutes per side, or sides are golden brown.
5. To make sauce, combine dill relish, vegan mayo and fresh dill. Mix well.
6. Serve and enjoy!
