Vegan Ground Beef

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked lentils
1 tsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 tbsps of reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions
1. Add lentils, cornstarch, nutritional yeast, black pepper and soy sauce to a large frying pan. Mix well.
2. Heat to medium heat and saute for 10 minutes, or until lentils have browned. Stir frequently.
3. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Add to your favorite recipes and enjoy!
