Vegan Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of monkfruit sweetener
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of macadamia nuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add all purpose flour, monkfruit sweetener, baking soda, and almond milk to a bowl. Mix well.
3. Add macadamia nuts to bowl and mix in.
4. Portion 1-2 tbsp of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Note: To prevent sticking, line baking sheet with parchment paper prior to adding cookie dough.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
6. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
