Vegan Parmesan Roasted Squash

Ingredients
1/2 cup of panko
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tbsp of parsley
8 oz of sliced butternut squash
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine panko, nutritional yeast, and parsley into a small bowl and mix well.
3. Add 8 oz of sliced butternut squash to a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
4. Add Parmesan mixture and coat squash well.
5. Bake for 50 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, let cool and serve immediately.
