Vegan Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
14 oz of canned jackfruit
2 tbsps of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
2 whole wheat sub rolls
4 slices of vegan cheese
Directions
1. Add canned jackfruit to a bowl and crumble to create a “pulled” texture.
2. Add in soy sauce, cornstarch, and liquid smoke. Mix well.
3. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in jackfruit. Cook for 10 minutes or until jackfruit has browned.
4. Toast 2 whole wheat sub rolls. Add 2 slices of vegan cheese to each roll and top with jackfruit.
5. Serve and enjoy!
