Ingredients
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1-2 fresh apricots
Directions
1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple and almond milk. Puree until smooth.
2. Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats to a bowl and pour in pineapple smoothie.
3. Garnish with fresh apricot slices and serve!
