Vegan Provolone Swiss Chard Quesadillas

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 slices of vegan provolone cheese
2 leaves of swiss chard
Directions
1. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat.
2. Place whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Line the center with 3 slices of vegan cheese. Top with swiss chard. Fold tortilla in half and press down.
3. Add to frying pan and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, until each side is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
4. Let cool and serve immediately.
