Vegan Pumpkin Banana Bread

Total Time: 50 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 8

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar stevia
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of xanthan gum
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F and grease a baking dish.

2. Add bananas to a mixing bowl and mash until smooth. Add in flour, brown sugar stevia, pumpkin puree, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum and almond milk. Mix well.

3. Add dough to baking dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until bread had completely cooked through.

4. Let cool and serve and enjoy.
