Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Total Time: 10 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of clove
1 tsp of brown sugar stevia
1 tbsp of ground coffee
8 oz of hot water
1/4 cup of oat milk
Sugar to taste

Directions
1. To make pumpkin spice, add cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and brown sugar stevia to a small bowl. Mix well.

2. Add ground coffee and 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mixture to a french press. Pour in 8 oz of hot water (I heat mine to 175 F). Cover and set aside extra pumpkin spice.

3. Let coffee sit for 5 minutes.

4. Pour coffee into a cup and add in 1/4 cup of oat milk and sugar to taste. Serve and enjoy.
