Vegan Roasted Sweet Chili Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 cups of Brussels Sprouts
2 tbsps of ketchup
2 tbsps of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp of sriracha
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of chili powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Slice Brussels sprouts in half and add to a bowl.
3. Add ketchup, soy sauce, sriracha, black pepper, and chili powder to bowl and mix well.
4. Add Brussels sprouts to a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, tossing after 30 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, let cool and serve!
