Vegan Snickerdoodles with Almond Flour

Ingredients
1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of brown sugar stevia
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of almond milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine almond flour, stevia, cinnamon, baking soda and almond milk in a bowl and mix well.
3. Portion 1 tbsp of dough onto a baking sheet to make one cookie. Repeat until all dough is used. Dough should yield approximately 6 cookies.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cookies have browned.
5. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
