Vegan Summer Salad with Apricots and Blueberries

Ingredients
1/2 cup of baby spinach
1/2 cup of green leaf lettuce
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 apricot
Slivered almonds for garnish
Directions
1. Slice apricot into wedges, removing pit.
2. Add fresh baby spinach, green leaf lettuce, fresh blueberries and apricot wedges to a bowl.
3. Top with slivered almonds and your favorite dressing, and enjoy!
