Vegan Walnut Maple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Directions
1. Combine walnuts and almond milk into a blender. Pulse until the walnuts have broken up into tiny pieces.
2. Add rolled oats to a bowl or tupperware container. Pour in milk and mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. When ready to serve, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup and mix well.
